Classes

New to paddle boarding? Don’t worry about equipment — we will provide any materials needed for your class, including the board!

Every class includes: 

  • Stand up paddle board
  • Paddle
  • PFD (personal flotation device)
  • Water safety instruction
  • On-land instruction
  • Water instruction
  • Free play

We keep group classes small (4-7 participants) for maximum safety and enjoyment.

Acqua Basics

Our Acqua Basics class focuses on introducing you to the sport of stand up paddling (SUP) in a fun and safe manner. We will teach you the fundamental technique and safety which will be the foundation for your future paddling endeavors. You will need to be comfortable on the water and able to swim. No prior paddling experience necessary.

Acqua Kids

Acqua Kids is focused on kids ages 7 – 12.  We want to introduce kids to the sport of stand up paddling (SUP) and start them out right with safety and proper technique for injury prevention and optimal benefit.  Most of all we want them to have a blast paddling.  We have youth size PFD’s and adjustable youth paddles that are appropriate for the height and weight of kiddos so that they can paddle properly with ease.  Your child(ren) must be comfortable in the water and able to swim.  This class is limited to 4 students.  No prior paddling experience necessary.

Acqua Fitness

Acqua Fitness is a great addition to your fitness routine while advancing your paddling skills through drills on land and water. We will incorporate the PaddleFit system of training with other fitness modalities to create a fun and effective workout. Whether you are a SUP racer or a SUP/fitness enthusiast, join us as we challenge and encourage one another.
